Refer to the individual “Sports” info page for player age determination and division choices.

Complete a separate registration form for each player.

Registration Fee per household:

1 player – $50.00
2 Players – $100.00
3 Players – $125.00
4 Players – $ 150.00
5 Players – $175.00
6 Players – $200.00

Online registrations must be paid online.
Unpaid Online Registrations will be deleted.
